Whatever you are planning, Ruffles are ready to help. At the most basic level, this can be simple advice over the phone to confirm the best lay out for an extra desk, to a complete office fit-out where we liaise directly with the architects and other trades on a new build.

For larger installations we are happy to arrange showroom or factory visit so you can discuss the project with the people who will be manufacturing your furniture.

Fitting

Ruffles have in house fitters to ensure that desking is correctly assembled. Where necessary your Ruffles representative will come on site before and during the fitting to ensure your requirements are met.

Where the size or location dictates the use of contractors, we have a team of highly skilled fitters covering the UK who have worked with us for over 10 years. Ruffles carry a range of spares to ensure the job is finished on time.

Ruffles Case Studies

Ruffles frequently undertake larger installations, below is information about a couple of clients.

A major manufacturing company in South London wanted an office which would be professional, aesthetically pleasing and would stand up to visits from engineers from the factor floor. Ruffles worked with manufacturers to select hard wearing furniture which complimented the tiling on the floor. We then liaised with IT providers Scott Ellis Systems to ensure the furniture could be installed at the same time as the cabling to minimise disruption.

Solicitors who are regular customers were opening a new branch and needed an office which was both open plan and offered some privacy for client confidentiality. They also wanted to maintain the same “House style” which we have created in their other branches. Ruffles visited the site to take an accurate measurement and met with the client to understand the brief and gain vital information regarding the use of the office, numbers of staff and storage requirements. We then worked with our manufacturers to produce a detailed drawing to confirm the furniture would fit the room and presented a quote which was within the customer’s budget and time scale. It offered a furniture solution to ensuring all objectives were achieved. Our team of installers liaised with the facilities manager to arrange a quick, professional fit using the drawings as a template to ensure 100% accuracy.
